Pierre Garcon – WR, 49ers
The 49ers won’t be one of the better offenses in the league, but Garcon will be their No. 1 option. He’s going to get a lot of targets, and that means a solid amount of touchdowns and yards. He may not be as sexy as say, a Brandin Cooks, but he may actually be better. Cooks will likely be the #3 option on a great team, so he isn’t going to get the looks that Garcon will. Now, I’m not saying that Pierre will be better than Cooks, but it certainly is possible.
Mike Williams – WR, Chargers
He may not start to begin the year, but he will be a game changer once he gets playing time. Philip Rivers loves his big targets and Williams certainly fits the bill. At 6’4” Mike will be a go-to target, and in the Chargers’ high-powered offense, that’s a big deal. Don’t panic if he doesn’t start right away, he will be a major impact player later on.
Samaje Perine – RB, Redskins
The 4th round pick is currently the favorite to start for the Skins on opening day. Rob Kelley doesn’t offer much competition for the spot, and Perine’s powerful play makes him a natural in the Washington offense. Some experts have compared him to an Eddie Lacy type of player, and the comparison seems apt. Make sure Perine is on your team. You won’t regret it.
